Spent Thankgiving in the Bay Area and did a variety of things. The first picture was here in San Diego though before I left.
Went to Oakland for the day for Aidan's first birthday party. The little guy is 1!
Garnet, Dan and I went to Catalina for a quick weekend dive trip. We managed 5 dives at Casino Point, including a night dive and a dive on the Valiant. This was really the first time I took the camera underwater. A few of the pictures came out ok. I learned I need a real flash to maybe take better pictures.

Anthony and I finished up our quest for the Grand Slam by running the Rock and Roll 1/2 marathon in Virginia Beach. We went sightseeing in Washington DC too. Although hurricane Frances threatened, she never reached that far north, but we still got plenty of heat and humidity.
Dive, camp, kayak and a getaway weekend down in Baja.
Went out to visit Matt and family. It was about 110 degrees...Matt and I flew from Chandler to Prescott. We flew right over the top of Sky Harbor. That was fun.
Garnet and I camped at Hanna Flat up in Big Bear. Being close to the mud run and the marathon, I wasn't toooo adventurous, but it was a fun trip, though very short.
Anthony and I continued our quest for Elite Racing's Grand Slam...step 2, the Country Music 1/2 marathon in Nashville. We got to go sightseeing, and got to see some serious weather that we don't get around here. It was a fun trip. Check out the super high approach back into San Diego.
This trip was for John and Dana's wedding. It was fun - new places to see, lots of great people to meet, and I even went diving.

Bill, Mary and Sean came out in January to visit. Here are some pictures from dinner on the 2nd, and on the 8th. On the 9th, Bill and I flew up to Carlsbad to have lunch with some of the SkyDesk crew.

A whole crew from San Diego went to Phoenix to take part in the first ever Rock and Roll Arizona. It felt like summer! Matt, Audrey, Rachel and I took a plane from Chandler to Payson on Saturday, race was on Sunday.
